Organizations and groups can request space to host their own events and meetings during Convention week. Whether you’re planning a reception, gathering your board, connecting with alumni or bringing people together around a shared interest, we’ll help you identify an appropriate space within the Convention schedule and building.
What Can You Host?
Bring your community together for conversation, celebration or connection.
Schedule a board, committee, organizational or constituency meeting while your group is already together at Convention
Host a breakfast, lunch, dinner or other meal gathering. Catering is coordinated through Convention Staff.

Space and scheduling coordination included. Additional services such as catering and AV equipment are available for purchase.
